Q: What investment sizes do you consider?
We’re flexible: from single project acquisition (10-15 MW range) to portfolio investments. Minimum investment typically starts at single project level, but we’re open to discussions for larger portfolio commitments.
Q: What’s your typical timeline from contact to agreement?
Initial discussion within 48 hours. Due diligence materials provided immediately. Typically 2-4 weeks for evaluation, then 2-3 weeks for term sheet and agreement negotiation. Much faster than traditional development.
